Casa Mistral - Porto Cervo

Peaceful house located in Santa Teresina, a small village near to the most beautiful beaches in Porto Cervo. The house is surrounded by nature, so it's perfect for a relaxing trip. It's composed by two big bedroom, both with a private bathroom; the kitchen and a bright living room where you can eat watching the nature outside. The apartment is part of a big house, and our family lives at the first floor. Anyway, both the apartments have a different entrance so we ensure a lot of privacy. The house is very bright all day long. We offer a lot of space outside, perfect if you have a dog or little kids who like playing in the nature. It's also perfect if you just want to sunbath, because there is a lot of privacy. The house is newly built, passing from the private patio through a large glass door leads into the living area with comfortable sofa, table and television, on the left there are 2 rooms each with private bathroom; while on the right there is the kitchen with induction hob fridge and freezer. The house despite being immersed in the typical nature of Sardinia extremely quiet and peaceful is still about 5 km from the most famous beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the most characteristic shopping centers like San Pantaleo and Porto Cervo. You can also use the washing machine and the dryer if you need to wash your clothes. We own a dog called Dexter, he is a medium-big size that is often around the property but is very pacific and likes meeting new people! I will be available 24/7, also because I'm going to stay in the apartment above yours. Santa Teresina is 25 kilometres away from the port and the airport; 7 kilometres away from Arzachena; 7 kilometres away from Porto Cervo, 5 kilometres from San Pantaleo; and 4/6 kilometres from the best beaches in Porto Cervo (Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Grande Pevero, Spiaggia del principe, La Celvia, ecc). We are also 4 kilometres away from Abbiadori, a little centre where you can find supermarkets, newsagents and also a very good bar and pastry where you can have breakfast or lunch.
