A quiet retreat near Porto Cervo

A home in Santa Teresina, surrounded by nature and very quiet, yet close to the most beautiful beaches near Porto Cervo. Two bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning, kitchen and spacious living room. The apartment is on the ground floor of a larger house, with an independent entrance ensuring full privacy. Outside, a large garden with barbecue and outdoor lounge, where you may also meet Dexter, our dog: calm and friendly, he loves making new friends among our guests Brand new construction, filled with natural light throughout the day. From the private veranda, a large glass door leads into the living area with a sofa, table and TV, which in turn gives access to the bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and TV, and to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with induction hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Outside, plenty of space, perfect if you're travelling with dogs or children who love playing in nature (we just ask that they're never left unsupervised). The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda are only 10-15 minutes away by car, while Abbiadori and Arzachena, just minutes from the house, offer all the practical services you might need The outdoor patio is private and fenced, with a small gate to keep Dexter out, if needed. The rest of the land (garden, orchard, vegetable garden and stream) is shared with the owners' family, who live on the upper floor, and is a beautiful space to walk around and pick fruit. Santa Teresina is 25 kilometres away from the port and the airport; 7 kilometres away from Arzachena; 7 kilometres away from Porto Cervo, 5 kilometres from San Pantaleo; and 4/6 kilometres from the best beaches in Porto Cervo (Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Romazzino, Grande Pevero, Spiaggia del principe, La Celvia, ecc). We are also 4 kilometres away from Abbiadori, a little centre where you can find supermarkets, newsagents and also a very good bar and pastry where you can have breakfast or lunch.
